very disappointed with the gelish manicure service I received today. The technician was not professional and took almost three hours to complete a simple manicure. I had to repeatedly correct the shape of my nails, and the gelish application was done poorly and had to be redone. When I raised my concerns and asked for a price reduction due to the poor finishing, another staff member spoke to me in a very rude way and insisted that I pay the full amount even though I was not happy with the result. I also explained that I did not want to come back to redo the service after such a bad experience. After I sent photos showing the poor finishing, I was told that I had damaged my nails myself, which is simply not true. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expected.
