The services were not performed. What I saw in reality has absolutely nothing to do with what is advertised on your website. There can be no talk of hygiene or sterility at all. The materials used were extremely cheap, old, and leaking nail polishes. The overall condition of the equipment and products looked completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If it were possible to attach photos here, I would gladly do so. Unfortunately, this platform does not allow it, but I will be publishing the photos on other websites where people can clearly see the real quality of your services. Despite all of this, the full cost of the services was still charged from my account. After seeing the materials and the way the technician worked — and after she failed to explain even the basic technology of the procedure — I refused the service. What makes the situation even worse is that your customer support has been ignoring my messages for four days. Charging the full price for services that were not provided is completely unacceptable. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately
