Refund & Payment Policy
This is ShineCode LLC’s policy for Payments (“Policy”). This policy applies only to activities ShineCode LLC (“Company”) engages in on its website shinecode.ae and/or its related mobile applications (“Site”). Any products or services that a user requests on our Site are referred to as “Service(s)”.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your credit card information is safe as we use highly secured payment gateways like Stripe and Nomod. Services are also governed by the terms of respective merchant service providers.
Paying for Services
Payment Deduction
Users are charged once our service partner has confirmed that the service has been delivered. The Company will not seek confirmation from the user that the service has been delivered before processing a payment.
Multi-Currency Priced Transaction
The displayed price and currency selected by you will be the same price and currency charged to the Card and printed on the Transaction Receipt. Where VAT or optional extras apply, the transaction amount will be shown to you as the “Total to pay”.
Payment Confirmation
You will receive payment confirmation by email, an in-app notification, or both. The confirmation will be sent as soon as practically possible after the payment has been processed.
Payment Refunds
Should the Company charge a user for a service that was not delivered, we will refund the full amount. It is your responsibility to bring such cases to our attention by emailing [email protected] within 24 hours of the scheduled service time.
All other refunds will be made as credits to your ShineCode account or onto the original mode of payment, at the Company's discretion. Any package purchased and used is not refundable.
β Cancellations & Administrative Charges
You can manage your services through our website or mobile apps. Failure to provide sufficient notice (at least 24 hours) when cancelling or changing services may result in administrative fees.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, or if a customer is not present for the service (a "No Show"), the full service amount and administrative charges will apply. Any applicable charges will be communicated at the time of the request and are deducted accordingly.
By booking our services, you agree to abide by these policies and pay any applicable charges. The Company reserves the right to recover charges or deny future service as deemed necessary.
