How do I book a service with ShineCode?
Open the ShineCode app or website, choose your service, select a time slot, and confirm your booking. Our service providers will respond shortly.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Go to "My Bookings" in the app or website, select the booking, and choose "Cancel" or "Reschedule" at least 4 hours before the appointment time.
Are ShineCode service providers trained and verified?
Yes, all providers undergo verification, onboarding, and training to meet ShineCode's quality standards.
What if my service provider is late or doesn’t show up?
Please contact support immediately. We’ll assign another provider or issue a refund if necessary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments and wallets via Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShineCode Wallet, and in some cases, cash on delivery.
How is the final price for a service determined?
Our pricing is transparent. Most services have a fixed price listed in the app and on the website. For services that are billed hourly, the rate is clearly stated before you book. For custom requests, we provide a detailed quote for your approval. There are no hidden fees.
How can I apply a discount or promo code?
You can enter your valid promo code in the designated field on the checkout page before confirming your booking. Please note that only one promo code can be applied per service.
What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the service provided?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the service does not meet your expectations, please rate the service in the app and contact our customer support team immediately through email or phone. We will investigate the issue and work towards a fair resolution, which may include a complimentary re-service or a partial refund.
Can I request a specific service provider I've booked before?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage building relationships with providers you trust. When booking, you can check the availability of your preferred provider and select them if their schedule permits.
What if I need a specific task that isn't listed under a service?
For any special requirements, please add detailed notes in the 'Booking Instructions' section when you place your order. If the task is complex, we recommend contacting our support team first to get a custom quote and ensure we can meet your needs.
